Leadership Grant Program - Leadership Exchange

Leadership Grant Program - Leadership Exchange

The Leadership Exchange is a service designed to help connect organizations with Switzer Fellows for development of a Leadership Grant proposal.  Eligible organizations (non-profits, government agencies and educational institutions) interested in connecting with a Switzer Fellow should contact Erin Lloyd, Program Director, to discuss ideas for posting in this section.  Interested organizations are encouraged to view the current postings on the Exchange to become familiar with the format and content generally posted.  Switzer program staff will assist organizations in posting to the Exchange after initial contact with the Program Director has been made.

Organizations are also encouraged to search the Find an Expert section to view Switzer Fellows working on your particular issue.

All organizations and Fellows interested in the Leadership Grant Program are strongly urged to review the guidelines before proceeding with a Leadership Exchange posting.

Averting Extinction / Brad Keitt
One of the key values of the Robert & Patricia Switzer Foundation is environmental stewardship. We seek to protect, improve, and sustain our natural environment for the well-being of people and the planet. Island Conservation, a Santa Cruz nonprofit with UC Santa Cruz roots, has saved 389 species from possible extinction on 52 islands around the world. 1997 Switzer Fellow Brad Keitt is the Director of Conservation. "It's incredibly rewarding," said Keitt. "I feel lucky to have a job where I am making a difference that is so immediate yet lasting."Read more >
