Currently Working On: Climate monitoring and adaptation strategies for San Francisco Bay Area conservation lands network.
Lisa has more than 25 years experience applying her technical, policy, and fundraising
expertise to the design and implementation of ecological restoration, research, and education
programs. She is Co-Chair of the Terrestrial Biodiversity Climate Change Collaborative, which is focused
on Bay Area watersheds and ecosystems, and also Co-Chairs the science working group of the North
Bay Climate Adaptation Initiative. She co-authored a study on downscaled watershed climate scenarios
in 2011 for the North Bay Watershed Association. She is currently working on a long-term
climate-ecosystem monitoring plan for Sonoma County. She joined the Pepperwood Foundation in
2009 as its first Executive Director.
