About Andrew's Work

Andrew is a geochemist in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Minnesota. Andrew researches geological hazards, and how natural chemicals are transported and attenuated in the environment. He mentors junior researchers in the utilization of data analysis tools including: fluid, sediment, and gas sampling and analytical measurements; geochemical modeling; GIS; and carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and sulfur isotope data interpretation. He is accomplished at communicating scientific results through the publication of peer-reviewed and public outreach articles.
