Reclaiming STEM Institute
We are pleased to bring the Reclaiming STEM Institute back to the Switzer Network, in a new format! This series of three, 90-minute, virtual workshops will explore self care, community building, science communications and leadership.
It is FREE, open to Switzer Fellows of any discipline or career level, and includes instruction from amazing speakers including from within the Switzer Network. You are not required to attend all three sessions to participate. Recordings will be available to registered attendees.
Founded by Switzer Fellows, Reclaiming STEM is a community-building workshop open to scientists, science interpreters, science enthusiasts and science communicators from diverse backgrounds, especially for those from historically excluded groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and people with disabilities.
Register here! This event is open to Switzer Fellows.
This application is requested so that we can ensure a safe and inclusive space for all participants.

The most memorable thing I've learned from Reclaiming STEM is that we have the power to reimagine STEM if we decide to come together so that we can acheive the belonging, purpose, and joy in our STEM journey.
