Switzer Network Board Service Panel

At this event, a panel of Switzer Fellows will share their learnings around board service in order to support other fellows in joining and making the most of their service on Boards of Directors.

Panelists from a range of professional and personal backgrounds will answer questions around topics such as:

• how and when to join a board,
• making the most of your board service to support leadership and career development,
• experiences with joining a board (what it's like, tips, things to look out for, etc.),
• how and why to diversify boards,
• strategies for building justice and equity in the environmental movement through board service, and
• other questions generated by attendees!

This event is open to all Switzer Fellows. It will be of particular interest to fellows who are interested in joining a board, serve on or manage a board, or just want to learn and share in community around this topic.
