David Wiley Receives Fulbright Fellowship

David Wiley, 1999 Fellow and Research Coordinator at the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary in Scituate, Massachusetts, has been awarded an Ian Axford (Fulbright) Fellowship in Public Policy.  This Fellowship goes to "outstanding mid-career professionals from the U.S. to research, travel and gain practical experience in public policy in New Zealand."  David and his family wil be based in New Zealand from January through August, 2011.
