Quist launches R&D company to develop materials, foods and feeds from fungal mycelium

Together with co-founder and CEO Ingrid Dynna, David Quist has launched a new research and development company, called Norwegian Mycelium (NOMY).

The company's aim is to re-imagine new collaborative models of industrial symbiosis and circularity, to create a whole range of sustainable materials, foods and feeds - all from the untapped potential of fungal mycelium.

As co-founder and Head of Research, David will be directing NoMy's R&D program from ShareLab, spearheading three distinct mycelium process technologies.
