Thu Quach, 2008 Fellow and Epidemiologist with the Cancer Center Prevention Institute of California, was quoted in a November 10, 2010 article in the New York Times ("At Some Nail Salons, Feeling Pretty and Green") on her public health work with Vietnamese nail salon workers.  The article documents a move towards 'greener' chemicals in nail products in the Bay Area.
