About Jacob's Work
Jacob Glass currently works at the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Natural Resources Division. Jacob focuses on reviewing policy, regulatory, management and budget issues related to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at the Department of the Interior. Focus areas include wildlife conservation and implementation of the Endangered Species Act. Previously, Jacob worked on EPA drinking water issues at OMB. Jacob received a Master in Public Policy at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. At Harvard, Jacob was active in the Harvard Law and International Development Society. Prior to attending Harvard, Jacob served as a policy analyst in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), where he led efforts to act on the President’s pollinator health initiative. Before USDOT, Jacob was a Truman-Albright Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. In 2013, Jacob graduated from Muhlenberg College with degrees in environmental science and international affairs. Jacob is a Harry S. Truman Scholar, a Presidential Management Fellow, and a Morris K. Udall Scholar.
