About Lindsey's Work
Lindsey manages the Water Efficiency Department at Moulton Niguel Water District and serves on the Board of Directors for the California Water Efficiency Partnership and as the Chair of the Data Action Team for the California Data Collaborative. She has completed coursework in the Regenerative Studies Master’s program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and received a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine.
