Mark Homrighausen

Mark is currently in his fourth year as Rangeland Management Specialist at Point Reyes National Seashore. He oversees grazing permits with 22 beef and dairy ranchers whose properties were acquired as part of formation of the park. His activities include ecological monitoring of impacts of ranching activities on park natural resources, modifying such activities to prevent damage to sensitive resources, and managing many of the 'business' aspects of park-rancher relationships.
