About Neil's Work

Neil is an associate professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UMASS, Dartmouth. For the past several years, he has been busy helping the US EPA, the US Fish & Wildlife Service and the states of New Hampshire and Connecticut develop instream-flow policy. His research interests continue to include developing better ways to estimate stream flow at ungauged locations in the northeast US. He is a member of the American Geophysical Union, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Water Resources Association.
