Warren Byrne

Warren started his own consulting firm, SEE Inc. (Society, Economics & Environment), after three years experience in environmental and business management consulting with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He brings his Booz, Allen experience in strategic planning, marketing and business process re-engineering for major energy, environmental services and telecommunications companies, as well as earlier experience in the start-up of environmentally related businesses to a clientele of smaller environmentally and socially responsible businesses. SEE, Inc. provides strategic planning and management advisory services based on sound environmental and economic analysis, as well as hands-on experience with all phases of business development. Warren is currently participating in the restructuring of regulation and policy for California's electricity industry as a member of the Public Utilities Commission sanctioned, multi-stakeholder, Renewable Working Group. He is representing clients with interests maintaining a thriving renewable energy industry in the state. Warren is currently the Managing Director of The Foresight Energy Company in San Francisco.
