Berger on carbon pricing at COP21

Major world leaders today launched an unprecedented global carbon pricing initiative, calling for nations of the world to put a price on carbon pollution to protect the climate and accelerate a transition to ä clean, sustainable energy future. The initiative is sponsored by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund
Heads of state, including French President François Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada, joined World Bank President Jim Yong Kim in Paris at the UN's COP21 global climate change conference to announce the new global carbon pricing initiative.
