Hugh Hogan and the North Star Fund contribute to environmentally sustainable New York neighborhoods

Hugh Hogan, Executive Director of the North Star Fund based in New York, NY, was quoted in the Feburary 10th issue of the Wall Street Journal.  The article, "Powering Green Efforts," profiles the North Star Fund's involvement in an initiative to support grassroots groups in New York neighborhoods to be more environmentally sustainable.  The initiative came as a result of a landmark settlement from Con-Edison after a disastrous 2006 power outage in various neighborhoods in Queens.
