Webinar: Stop the Leaks Campaign

In January of this year, the Switzer Foundation helped fund 2011 Fellow Sarah Uhl's work with the Clean Air Task Force's Stop the Leaks campaign to reduce methane emissions from the oil and gas industry.

Methane is a powerful greenhouse gas released by landfills, cattle, and leaks from oil and natural gas production.

Her work resulted in a major White House initiative to cut methane emissions, as reported by the New York Times.

On June 14, 2014, Sarah led this webinar for the Switzer Foundation about her work and the importance of curbing methane emissions.
